1General Terms

These Terms apply to all use of the 92 Jetto website, mobile application and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"). They are intended to be clear and readable for Pakistan players and are written in plain English wherever possible without removing legal substance.

92 Jetto is an online gaming and sports betting platform. It offers slot games, live casino, fish games, a game lobby and sports betting markets including cricket, football and esports. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users.

By using the Platform you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

Multiple accounts:

Operating more than one account — whether using different names, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is a direct breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Promotions claimed across multiple accounts will be voided in full.

3Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 92 Jetto are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa , Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.

Deposit conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 92 Jetto account balance within minutes of a successful transaction.
• 92 Jetto does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 92 Jetto in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever this is technically possible.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. We do not send funds to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated within the cashier section.
• 92 Jetto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

Withdrawal timeframes:

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest to clear. Bank transfers may take additional business days depending on your bank's own processing schedule. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team.

5Bonuses & Promotions

92 Jetto offers welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cricket match specials and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per player, household, device and payment method.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion's own terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• 92 Jetto reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms or cancel a bonus at any time if abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting the wagering requirements.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules apply to sports betting, slots, live casino and other game categories on 92 Jetto. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. 92 Jetto does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet or spin after it has been placed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet settlement, 92 Jetto will investigate and apply the outcome that most accurately reflects the true result. In some cases this may result in a bet being declared void.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Activity

92 Jetto is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using bots, automated betting software, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform or any individual game to generate winnings beyond normal gameplay.
• Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by 92 Jetto:

92 Jetto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Extended account inactivity (inactive accounts with a remaining balance will be contacted before any action is taken).

Closure by the player:

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-exclusion:

If you feel you need a break from gaming, you may request a self-exclusion period through our Responsible Gaming page. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the chosen exclusion period.

9Responsible Gaming
